What Was It Like Before Hiring Arnold & Itkin?
I really don’t feel like Johnson & Johnson took responsibility for the damage they’ve caused to my child and thousands of other children. I still don’t feel like they have. With winning our case, I feel like the little David beat Goliath.
That’s just my feelings about it. It’s been really hard.

I really feel like Arnold & Itkin brought justice to my family. Not only my family, but many other families. It was just unreal how tirelessly they worked. Our trial lasted around 10 days. Every night, they were working ‘til way after midnight. There was a couple nights they never even slept. It was just amazing to me and my family. They really care about people—I really feel that they do. I never thought I’d feel that way about a lawyer. It’s been pounded in my head all my life: they’re just out for the money.
